I’ll send you a proposal based on everything we’ve talked about so far. The proposal will include a fixed price, timeframe and my terms and conditions. If you’re happy with what I’ve proposed, I’ll ask you to sign on the dotted line and pay a deposit.
Next, I’ll send you a comprehensive, detailed brief so that I can get to know your business thoroughly before we start working together.
You’ll complete the brief and email it back to me, then we’ll go over it together during a phone call. I find that this approach works brilliantly, as it gives you plenty of time to think about each question, but it also allows us to chat about everything in more detail over the phone.
